We love the hotel as it has access to the Singkawang Grand Mall.
We can eat in variety of restaurants, shopping, grocery and window shopping.
The hotel has a.large and nice swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent.

Rooms with fake windows.

I like the mall at the same building. Love the view from my bedroom. Unfortunately the fridge not cool and have to pay when I ask a glass of ice cube

Location is good, mall in the complex, however, check in were a bit “complicated”, waited for 15 mins due to back and forth; the breakfast was good, it views too, nice. Overall, its acceptable (note : also not much competitor hotels around 😉)

The room was spacious enough to fit an extra bed, but the room rate was considered pricey for basic room amenities.

Perfect location to stay, friendly hotel staff , will go back to the same hotel again if I do go Singkawang next time :)

The housekeeping did not do a great job, I feel like really dirty inside my room.
