It’s beautiful resorts and beautiful beaches. The staff’s are awesome. Lunch and dinner it’s great. Need car to go where you need to go. Safe and clean area

Property was beautiful and very well appointed. Staff were very friendly and gracious and eager to answer questions or otherwise help with any issues. Food was amazing. Room was amazing. View was amazing - will absolutely stay here every time I am in the area! :)))

No bathrobes at an oceanfront resort? Come on. Shower fixture was faulty and shower gel wasn't refilled. Took 2 phone calls and over an hour to get shower gel. Front desk staff takes forever to answer phone and was rude. Fitness Center is small but adequate. Pool was large and heated. Very small hot tub. Quick market in lobby didn't have a single piece of fruit. One restaurant which is decent but very pricey. $18 for oatmeal to go? Had to self-park second night in the rain because there was no valet. It all looks new (remodeled in July 2024), but this place is cold, unfriendly and has little character. The housekeeping staff does not speak a word of English. PS - the AC shuts off every time you open the balcony door.

The rooms are very old and our room had mold. The staff did not do a thing about it. The gym was dirty and equipment does not work! The pool was incredibly dirty!! Full of sand and very trashy! The restaurant was very low quality food and the service was even worse. The beach chairs are very very old! On top of that, they only allow you two and if you want another then they will charge you extra. Even if no one else is at at the beach! This hotel is awful! It really is! I won’t stay there again!!! Cheap but they nickel and dime you and it adds up and you realize that you should have stayed elsewhere soon after arriving.

Additionally, our pool is regularly cleaned and maintained, but I’ll follow up with our team to ensure standards are consistently met.Beach chairs and umbrellas: Our resort fee includes two beach chairs and an umbrella for each reservation, which is communicated at booking. We appreciate your feedback on the condition of the chairs and are working on upgrades to improve the guest experience and are currently waiting for the delivery of our new chairs. We’re sorry that the restaurant and service fell short of expectations. Nice hotel with super employees. Everything was great..only next time we need to bring our own pillows..the ones in the room are so thick you can not lay flat when sleeping..everything else was outstanding
