Had to wait for my room at check in. But everything after that was perfect.

The Resort Condo in overall 4 starts, need more maintenance mostly the Infinite Pool, (sand in the pool), towels everywhere, on the 19 floor under the furniture close to the elevators are napkins or papers. Our apartment was great, clean, organized, no complaints at all, the best part, the ocean view. Friendly with kids, activities for them that my boy love it the slide and the water falls.

Great except for the bed.
Posted 31 May 2024 on HotelsGreat location on the beach. great view of the ocean. this is a valet only hotel if you are driving. easy process to text to get your vehicle. The unit we stayed was great except for the beds and pillows. very uncomfortable and the pillows were useless. had to check out a day early because of the discomfort.

Disappointed. Property went down.

After reviewing our records, we do not see any communication from you regarding these issues. We have a full-time maintenance staff and we are always happy to address any concerns in a timely manner! While we manage just the privately owned condos within the resort building, we do not have control over the dining service that you experienced, but we will be sure to pass this along to the Marriott staff for review. The condos are spacious and adequately equipped. Valets were great. The view of the water was gorgeous. The downside was the temperature was quite warm in the unit despite turning the thermostat down. This made it very difficult to sleep.

The Marriott AC units run on a green program to conserve energy, The AC and will automatically shut off if the balcony door is open. Even if there is a hairline crack, it will trigger the mechanism. The AC also functions on a sensor, if movement is not detected in the room, it will also enter energy mode. We always look to exceed guest expectations and hope to serve you again whenever your travels bring you back to Singer Island.
