Our request for more tea bags and some real milk was barely understood and not acted upon. We had to buy our own. A small point but the difference between a rating of 4 not 5.

Cleaned our room daily and provided new towels. Excellent access to MRT.

The V Hotel Lavender is conveniently located, very close to a metro station and close to the center. Just around the corner you´ll find a lot of food opportunities, cafés and supermarkets. It is a huge hotel (15 floors) with a lot of movement so it might seem a bit anonymous. The rooms are very small and the breakast is not included, which is quite disappointing. It does not have the feel of a 4 star hotel, although the price was good for Singapore.

Rooms are very small and breakfast is very poor would not stay here again

Great property, comfy bed, AC worked well. One of the best pools I've been to at a hotel. Only negatives, room and hallway smelt a bit damp, with some visible mold on the shower grout. Shower temp was inconsistent, hard to get Cold or Hot, was always Luke warm.
