This is a beautiful hotel in so many ways, including the rooms, common spaces and bar. The views are stunning.
And the staff is singularly excellent.
After 24 hours of travel and a 545 am arrival, we were transfixed by their energy, presence, and caring. We took a brief morning walk to get our brains functioning again and arrived back at the hotel only to be greeted by a delightful gift, accompanied by two meaningful and heartfelt notes from the night manager, Dickson, and his colleague, Nicolette, who took the time to welcome us with open arms.
We were deeply touched by them and this property. They role model graciousness and thoughtfulness.

Loved our stay here! We were blown away by the service and attention to detail at every point of our stay.
Really enjoyed the chocolates with turndown service. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, checking if there was something they could assist with.
We had a small issue with the power going out in our room on the last day but this was very quickly remedied by the maintenance team.
The location is perfect, you have Millenia Walk, Marina Square and Suntec City malls all within walking distance. We were thrilled with our stay and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Singapore!
