I have stayed twice now at this hotel. I love the staff and service, they are very helpful. Feels like a nice small boutique hotel with wonderful rooms.

We stayed in the room 231 which wasn’t up to the Kempinski’s hotel star rates: Stains on couch and armchair Marks on the floor Scratches on walls and furniture Coffee table has plenty of stains after cups Bathroom amenities: one day plenty, the other day- we need to ask for, had one piece of soap for the whole week No PowerPoints in the bathroom Towels are very old and bathrobes have stains No shaving amenities No sewing kit No iron and iron board. Common area: toilet doesn’t have hand soap and hand dryer. Yes: Breakfast is very good and the staff is very friendly Minibar is for free Replace water every day in the room Making bed at night After check out the hotel can provide you with the room to refresh: to have shower, drinks, have some sleep, etc for 1 hour. Regarding the absence of power sockets in the bathroom, we acknowledge that this is a limitation due to the building's heritage status, which impacts the extent of modifications we can make. Additionally, the high demand for irons and ironing boards was due to several group bookings, which caused delay in availability. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay.It is great to hear that you enjoyed the breakfast, found our staff to be friendly, and appreciated the complimentary minibar and daily water replacements. Great location, great atmosphere, room is very classical, but some items do not work well. Outlets are worn out, hair dryer is faulty. But overall, location is great.

Check in waiting time was 20 mins. Upon arrival in reception, we were told to sit and wait but we were ignored for about 15 mins. I had to find someone to ask to check in. The staff attentiveness at reception needs some attention. Overall the stay was nice and the hotel very special. However, with some added focus from the staff to the guests, this place could achieve 6 stars.

A memorable anniversary

Amazing staycation to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The room is very spacious and comfortable. We received a warm welcome cake and a nice fruits basket in our room upon our arrival. However, the walkway at basement 3 from the hotel to the mall car park is untidy and disorganised, otherwise everything else is excellent 👍
