Shirley from the express checkout counter helped me to check-in, and it was a fuss-free process. She also upgraded my room to the executive loft from premium for free, and was assigned a corner unit. It was my first time trying a loft which I longed to experience, and had an overall pleasant stay with Studio M.

Wall is thin. People were partying at our next room. Feedback a couple of times throughout the day and sleeping hours. Things did not improved. We were woken at 5am and decided to just go for breakfast. Staff did not initiate to change our room despite our unpleasure experience. We can’t even rest properly. Better customer experience required by the team and more attentive towards the needs for customer.

Hygiene level is terrible. No bidet or water source in toilet.

This is a very interesting property where you have a loft room as well as a main room. Great for 3 people. Excellent breakfast dining and a good all day cafe. Heaps of great restaurants with in short walking distance . An easy walk to Chinatown, Clark Quay. Loved it.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Special mentions for duty manager Jonathon and Ismail, Shirley and Rowena for their care and support towards myself and mother during a medical emergency.

Ive been using this hotel off and on since it opened. The loft rooms are always a good option for me as I often need the desk space to work. While the room was clean and very comfortable for what I required, it is getting a little tired and ready for revamp. The area around the hotel is great with many dining / watering holes.
