Did not get the gold membership upgrade nor the late checkout. As a Gold member of expedia this is the standard that I expect to receive.

Lovely hotel and grounds. Not close to MRT but there is a shuttle bus in the day every hour.

The hotel is always my favorite. Everything is perfect. Exceptionally there are so few doormen. Usually there is only one . Customers are being dropped off in car queues. And sometimes there is no body at door to take care of customer luggages. Anyway it is still one of my favorite hotels.

Geat doormen at the front: pleasant, helpful and friendly. Great ambassadors for the hotel. We always enjoy our stays here and will be happy to return.

The staff was super helpful, the paid upgrade to club tower was not worth it but otherwise our stay was very pleasant especially with the landscaping of multiple fish pond, garden areas, and walkways throughout the property.
