I booked a superior room but they did not have a room with double bed available at the time of check in. We were instead given an accessible room with double bed which is fine. The hotel is only about 20mins drive from Changi airport. The hotel is very clean and housekeeping comes in daily. It is right next to a mall and Novena station so travel is convenient. Even though it is also next to Tan Toc Seng hospital, it is very quiet. We did not get to try the pool but it looked really good.

The front office staff was bad. Am a repeated guest and check in was always poor and very long. This trip, at first this hotel front office staff (Natalie) was nice, I even commented to my mom that this girl was nice today. She said if I don’t like the room then I can contact her to change. Check in time was 6pm and lobby was empty. But I had an issue with the room- the room was smaller than the regular.The phone in the room does not work so I got to go down to the lobby. It was about less than 10 minutes from the time of check-in.When I reached the lobby, her other colleague checked for any avail room that Natalie said I can change (corner room) if I don’t like the first room (room # 2110). After both of them discussed, they said they only have room 920 (superior while I reserved for deluxe). It was obvious they have the room I have asked but she simply does not want to give it to me. Her attitude was “take or leave it” - either room 2110 or 920 which is a downgrade.Natalie said the room was booked when I went to see Room 2110. No one was at the lobby. If she was willing to help, she would have give me the room. Room 920 was bad-curtain and bed side light was broken, no bar soap, phone does not work Last stay I was talking to the other staff. The other staff was asking Natalie. While Natalie could have addressed me directly as I was standing in front of her, instead she addressed her colleague and FYI she did not attend any other guests. Good Manner is a basic attitude!
