The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located, lots of great food places around plus some malls for shopping. Arab street is also nearby which is great. The room was nice, clean and cute.

Wet toilet and shower combination should be stated in your room descriptions. Not everyone likes wet feet in the middle of the night when using the toilet. Also, once a stay towel changing should also be mentioned

This property recently changed hands, and staff were new and relatively novice. My room was n/a when I arrived late after landing after midnight, and it took nearly 45min to secure a room. The room allocated to me had a busted safe which was noisy and it was clear the room had not been used in a while given its state (moldy smell). I had to change rooms at that late hour, and staff graciously upgraded me given the inconvenience. Not an overall pleasant arrival, but it was rectified.

Took my booking at midnight when there were no rooms. Couldn’t check in and got stuck with nowhere to go.

Thee room was small but had everything I needed and was in a perfect location. Excellent restaurant and bar downstairs
