Awesome breakfast, lots of varieties. Rooms are ok, a bit old but manageable. Staffs are great.

Not worth the price. Not very easy to get a cab quickly. Rooms are very tired and Club room food and wine selection is not very good.

Just a little disappointing

Well located to Bugis Junction for MRT and shopping. Hotel was pleasant but not outstanding. Foyer is small, some service doorways showing damage, breakfast ok but crowded. Eat early as some food tended to run out later in the service. Two cappuccinos S$34 in the lounge on ground floor is too high given competition nearby. Pool area is adequate but small with limited sun lounges. Our room required access through several doors and had a number of steps - always a challenge with luggage. Staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. So overall, not the best Intercontinental but ok.

The staff was able to get us into our room way before our check in time. We flew 16 hrs and were very gratful

We always like Intercontinental. However, this time, we encountered a very toxic chemical smelt in the morning before the check-out. It's like the whole room is soaked in the super glue or even worse. I pointed this out at the counter, and they apologized and explained that there might be some maintenance or construction. I would have expected some more professional response--at least, an official explanation for what my family had taken in the morning. Besides this, the facility and the restaurant are of a regular quality level.
