The hotel staff were lovely the room was clean and basic for a budget hotel it served its purpose
However the area around the hotel was not great if you turned right and walked on to the main road you were right in the middle of a run down seedy area which we found out is the red light area there was no where close to the hotel we would have felt comfortable eating we took a short bus journey to the PLQ Mall which was in a much nicer area and near the MRT station to get to the nicer areas of Singapore

The room was dirty. The shower did not work well.
