Clean and efficient room. Mine did not have a window, I didn't mind that. Very friendly and helpful staff. Proximity to Bugis MRT station is very convenient. Bus stops are even closer. Plenty of shopping and dining options in Bugis Junction, Suntec City, Marina Square, to name a few. Only a few minutes bus ride to Chinatown, Maxwell Food Center.

AVOID!!! BED BUGS!!
Showed them photos of the bugs behind the bed head. Asked for a refund as we were not going to stay. They would not refund.
Checked into another hotel.
Very rude. Very dirty. Very uncooperative.

Dear Emily,Upon your feedback on the same day, my colleague at the Front Desk had removed the bedsheets, duvet cover, bed pad and pillowcases and individually inspected them. There was no sighting of any bed bug. We were unable to independently verify that the ONE picture of the bug you had shown to our staff was in fact, taken at our premises as it did not show any bedhead as claimed. On the following day, we had engaged a professional pest control company to conduct an inspection and likewise, the report (with photos included by the pest control company) had proved that no bedbugs were sighted. In addition, we have not received any complaints from any guest who had checked in after your stay. Hence, we would advise you to refrain from making further false and invalid claim on our hotel. Overall great location and very budget - there's a humidifier in the room that needs to be kept on all night otherwise everything is wet, we tried to keep it off but within half an hour there was condensation starting everywhere, wet platform etc so needs to be on - capacity isn't that big for how much gets filled up so in the middle of the night it beeps to be emptied.

Small room bur perfectly fine for a couple of nights. Location was perfect for us.
