Tried to change date due to family emergency told go to booking agent we cannot help you very poor service

The reservation is make through Agent instead of directly from the Hotel. Hotel has made the exception and as a gesture of goodwill to contact the agent. As hotel unable to cancel directly without agent email.

The hotel was in a great location and staff were very helpful. The room was clean apart from the grime on the outside of the windows in the room. Definitely needs a good clean. Apart from that it was perfect and also had a laundry room where i could do my own washing which was convenient
