The building itself is old and quite dirty. Not well kept. However, the staff was nice to let me check in a couple of hours early. I wouldn't stay here again.

There were ants in the room and when I asked for another room it also had ants. I immediately requested for full request and there was a lot of pushback on it. I highly don’t recommend this hotel as the staff is incompetent, disrespectful and not professional.

One of the buffet dining women worker was rude and unreasonable. I took 2 paper cups for coffee because it was hot because the hotel doesn't provide sleeve for it. One of the women worker ticked me off for taking extra cup. I told her the coffee was hot but she kept talking unreasonably that it was wasteful for taking extra cups. I asked her would the hotel be responsible if I got scorched? She refused to listen and kept talking away that it was wasteful. Is this kind of behavior and ethics acceptable? No respect and safety for guests of the hotel at all.
