I like the hotel but something can be improved like the front desk staff they can great the guest and little bit talking with the guest will be amazing but they ware helpful calling me a taxi when I needed it.

The hotel room and the bath room is too mall, almost no spaces for our luggage and this area looks ghetto, Many men hang out, smoking on every block and feels unsafe to walk alone to the shopping center and restaurants at night time.

I had a really pleasant stay and I like that each day after was left for me outside my door. There was as some construction working going on but there was signs up about this. I also was helped getting a taxi arranged on the day of my departure. Staff were also amazing. I will be using this hotel again for future visits to Singapore!

Very handy to buses and food outlets but was disappointed with the size of the room reminded me of the of a cabin on a ship . Small bathroom, toilet combination. Twin superior room should be classed as songle. The staff are good.

We did like just going out for meals was very easy & nice price. Staff phoned for cabs ,& answered questions & always very nice & polite. Thank god for air conditioning but the bed was very very firm & more hanging clothes options would definitely be an improvement

staff were super friendly and accommodating! room was rather small, but overall enjoyed our stay:)
