Worst hotel to stay in Singapore! Dirty and facilities are terrible not worth the price, you will be ripped off. They are charging you for something not worth staying for it it's value. They have TV, but doesn't even work at all. Family room, but too small and inconvenient. The pictures online are definitely deceiving!!! Don't ever book here, you will be doomed.

This is very cramp and untidy place. other than location close to mustafa and other eatries, horrible place to stay

we dint like the property, we booked the property unknowingly and it was a terrible experience in staying at the property. Even we were not provided the refund and their service was literally poor.one of the best hotel to avoid if some one is palnning to stay.

Felt cheated by hotel as pictures didn’t match room.
Rubbish service- bathroom shower doesn’t work
No remote
Wasn’t expecting anything great for the money but the bathroom door didn’t even lock and was broken

Front desk manger was rude the guy who is from India
The blanket was having holes
When asked for second blanket they didn’t have
Untidy bathroom & washroom
No remote for TV don’t know if that works or not
