Good location. I took the metro to the airport- v easy t find and use, fast and efficient and the station is just across the street. Loads of shopping and dining options. Rooms are small but ok for a short stay

No elevator. Tough to get up and down with suitcases especially with an elderly and young kids. Staff was very accommodating. Ants were found in the units upon arrival. We made the best of it. Place is for backpackers not great for family with suitcases

Could not stay there. Had to climb up very narrow steps to get to bed. Injured my head trying to get into bed. It still has not healed. Had to find other accommodation they refused any refund for the four of us.

Solo traveller. Being older, the 22 steps to get to the lobby was a challenge especially with a suitcase. The high steps to get up to the loft bed was also a challenge. Everything else was fine. Despite noisy children at 1100 pm, once in the room, peaceful! Hag really good sleep thru out. Best for younger people. Common bathroom was well done but careless patrons leave the toilets a wet mess by use of the cleaning hose.

Very good location
This accommodation was 100% worth it because of the location. The mattress was comfortable although as it is in the description you have to climb to get into it. The bathroom was not as clean as expected, and most of the time at the end of the day missing toilet paper.

Good central location very close to bugis mrt. Good air con. Shared bathrooms ok too. Clean. One thing let it down, our second nights stay we had a terrible nights sleep due to a very noisy group of teenage boys next door. The hotel staff tried to sort it out but were unsuccessful. As its a gaming hostel i dont really recommend it if you need a good nights sleep. Also be aware you have to leave a deposit here which you get back on checkout.

Thoughts on Arena Esports Hotel
The room was great, with adequate space up on the bed. A locker would be nice for important items. There were no adapters for the local plug, but if you ask the front desk they give you one readily. The common toilets were quite small (for me, a filipino) so they might be too small for larger people. Most of the locks were flimsy and one of them just straight up does not work (someone opened the door on me). The showers and the bathroom implements were great.

The location is very good and if you are a gamer, may this place is for you. However for a couple I would not recommended. The price outside of the application was cheaper than the book. I could not cancel my booking. The air conditioning was at my face, so no way to sleep with it. The clean aspect of a bathroom was not good. Overall for the paid amount the place needs to invest in whim

Not as nice as it could be
Modern touch to the lobby and the rooms with big and spacey areas. The ability to game on their compiters was also nice. However, the upsides stop there. Here comes the downsides: - The toilets were a catastrophe. Unfresch and almost all the locks were broken so you couldn’t look the door. Same thing with the showers. I got the feeling that it had been this was for a long time, since there was no service guy fixing the locks during our stay and almost all the locks were broken. - Used their laundry machine but the clothes didn’t smell that fresh when we took them out of the machine after the wash. - We had our room against the street, and the noise isolation in the window was so bad that it sounded like there wasn’t even a wall between us and the road (you could see through parts of the window board = no isolation). - We had to sign a contract upon check-in that we would agree to pay a prety high fee if we would stain any of the hotels towels or bed clothes. This was quite ironic considering the bad hygien and cleaning of their bathrooms, especially the toilets. - The gaming computers were fairly priced (about 3€ per hour), but some of the games crashed when we played them and some of the games were only demos and not the full games.

Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. This hotel is bleak. The lobby is nice and the bathrooms are modeen. However the bathrooms smell strongly like drains and aren't cleaned often enough. The mens bathroom was really dirty, and showers were cold. The room is small but ok, however the lack of window is depressing and the A/C unit is right above your pillow. We arrived at 14:30 and even though the room was ready, we had to wait to check in at 3pm (or pay 30SGD to check on early). Checkout took 40 minutes because the 1 member of staff working at this time has to go and check every room himself before giving back deposit. Lobby is nixe and location very convenient, but I would not stay here. Might be ok for a one night stopover

Never ever stay at this dive. This was simply the worst place I have ever stayed. Be warned, it is a hostel not a hotel. Shared bathrooms are disgusting, filthy, rooms not cleaned, computers don't work or are missing, staff don't care/won't help, showers no hot water, noisy rooms with hear through walls. the fire warning system was disabled across the facility by covers over the smoke detectors making it a death trap. The slum lord owners of this dive should be ashamed of themselves. They go out of their way to make it seem like a hotel, when it's more like a homeless shelter. For gods sake if you have any respect for yourself and your family, stay somewhere else. I beg you.

What an awesome establishment!!
Our stay here was amazing! We booked 4 nights at this hotel and really wish we'd booked it for the entirety of our trip, but just hadn't booked early enough. We arrived a couple of hours early, the gentleman at the desk was so helpful in being able to place our luggage in a secure room whilst we went to explore the area and kill time till we could check in. When we returned, the lady at the desk was so lovely in helping us retrieve our luggage and finishing the check-in process. The room was so much more than we had expected. We had a room with a queen sized bed, and shared bathroom facilities. Some people get squeamish about shared toilet/shower facilities - you do not need to worry with this place! They are cleaned regularly and always smelt so clean. Each of the showers came with a standard manoeuvrable shower head and overhead rain shower head. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the cubicles. The air-conditioning in the room was brilliant, the bed was incredibly comfortable (anyone with mobility/balance issues may find the raised beds to be a slight issue), there was a small kitchenette in the lobby area with a microwave, kettle, water dispenser, communal plates, cutlery and glasses. The gaming set ups were absolutely awesome as well! We're hoping to book here again the next time we come to Singapore! 11 out of 10 for this hotel! Thank you again to all the staff, our stay with you was fantastic!
