Room was very clean and quiet, had a great sleep and shower. Before leaving we enjoyed the free meal, tea, flat white and water in the nice lounge. Staff were very helpful and attentive. We will be back.

Only stayed for 12 hrs to sleep but was super convenient, good AC , quiet and a good meal included. Would definitely stay again

Our experience was terrible. Could not access in airport terminal, hotel unresponsive when we called for assistance, hotel unable to confirm hours required, cheaper and easier to stay at local hotel in Changi. Do yourself a favour - avoid this hotel. We got burned by this hotel.

Dear Stephen,We read and made an immediate check on your booking. Our reservation staff wrote to you as early as Oct 20 2024 to inform you not to exit customs and to come to the hotel directly. There were further communications between you and them about time of arrival as well, including that any extension of hours can be confirmed only on arrival. You had not asked for the booking to be cancelled then though you had sufficient time before your actual arrival. It seemed like you exited customs on arrival against our advice and could not get back in. It is unfortunate as you decided to go against our advice, landing yourself in a situation that we wanted to help you avoid. We have communicated with you thoroughly (we have copies of these) and are therefore disappointed that you have published inaccurate feedback here. We felt it only fair that we reply with facts to allow our readers to understand the whole situation.Best regards,Peter WongHotel Manager

I was surprised how quiet the room was. My room faced away from the shopping area which may be the reason it was unexpectedly quiet. I was overall very happy with the hotel and I got what I paid for.

Was convient , was a shame we didn’t get our full 6 hours due to our flight delay , but nice hotel . Breakfast communication on arrival was different to when we ordered our breakfast . More signage near coffee machine example when milk runs out etc

Based in Singapore's Changi airport, this is a great place for a rest if you have a long stopover.
