The night manager was great, helpful. The room was clean and cool. Staff were professional and pleasant to talk with.

Great location, easy access to buses and trains. Easy to get to and from airport. There were some sheets that had some spots on them. When I asked the night staff about transport to the airport in the morning or if it's busy in the morning with checkout they had no clue which wasn't great when planning for getting a flight

Great stay. I would have given five stars but on our final morning there was no hot water and we had to shower in cold water which was not ok….
