La playa de Telchac es muy tranquila y hermosa, el hotel es muy tranquilo, está muy bonito y la atención de todo el personal es excelente, la comida, el desayuno y la cena es muy muy buena ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Las almohadas duras y las camas también, deberían considerar eso para mayor comodidad. Los frascos de shampoo deberían ponerlos de plástico en la regadera, son de vidrio y se cayó uno y son peligrosos pues se cortó mi familiar. La atención en general es buena en restaurante y playa, salvo una persona de recepción que no era muy amable ni accesible

La comida es horrible

Recepción no tan atenta ni agradable. El servicio de meseros es excelente. La comida es la peor que hemos probado en todo el viaje. Hay mucha área de oportunidad para mejorar.

No es lo que esperabamos, no había gente y daba sensación de hotel abandonado; las camas y la habitación en general esta muy vieja, el precio por noche no lo vale. Las amenidades sí estan bien pero la playa tenía mucho sargazo/algas.

No es lo que esperaba

El lugar se ve mucho mejor en las fotos, la realidad está muy alejado de todo, si lo que quieres es desconectarte cumple pero si quieres visitar otros lugares está lejos y en la carretera no se ve nada. La playa no la pudimos usar porque está llena de sargazo. Actualmente tienen un problema de termitas y sus cabeceras son de madera y se escucha como se mueven las termitas.

Muchos moscos, fumiguen. Y cuando llegan los turistas de cruceros para pasar el día, se convierte en un balneario. La tranquilidad es nula.

Me gustó el hotel tanto en instalaciones como el servicio brindado. El restaurant es bueno, recomiendo el trio de tostadas ampliamente.

Rooms: The rooms were modern and clean and exactly how they looked on the description pictures. Some more amenities like a water kettle for tea or coffee, a night-stand for a book or charger and more hangers/hooks would have been helpful. Location: The location of the hotel directly at the beach surrounded of a very green and quiet area was just beautiful and we enjoyed the tranquility a lot. Unfortunately there is not a lot around the hotel that we would really recommend having a car here. We flew into Merida and unfortunately didn’t receive a support for a transfer to the hotel. Service/staff: Once we arrived at the hotel every staff member was so friendly and helpful even if there was a small language barrier. They helped us with recommendations, tours, transfers back to Merida and were generally super helpful and kind. Restaurant: The breakfast was very good and also the selections of drinks was great. For the evening menu we unfortunately missed some more vegetarian options or also more classic Mexican dishes besides seafood if you’re here more more than a few days. But if you’re into seafood this is your place.
