"Customer service food is not OK And Romes is not very clean and the bar in the room almost has nothing should has candy should has cookies specially for sweet room They were cheap the photo isn’t it excellent food I gave them 2 stars "

"I liked the tranquility and security of the place, the beauty of the hotel's nature, and its design to match the beauty of the Red Sea waters, the coral reefs, and the colors of the fish، I did not like that there are no fish restaurants inside the hotel."

"Lovely hotel in a great location but could be a bit more sensitive to the environment by eliminating plastic spoons and single use plastic cups and glasses. Food was wholesome but simple and could do with a bit more variation. Hotel coral reef was stunning with lifeguard on duty. Choice of all inclusive alcohols (both local and non-local) was rather limited."
