The resort is well maintained, always plenty of staff ready to assist with beach chairs and drinks. There is security on site and plenty of food options to choose. We enjoyed the piano bar as well! We preferred having an ocean view so chose a junior suite in the villas. We loved morning coffee on the lanai! We will be back.

We have have stayed at the The Villas at Simpson Bay Resort a handful of times and it is the only place we will stay at when we visit St Maarten. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. We ate at every restaurant they offered, and we were not disappointed. We took advantage of the little store there as well. Cant wait to visit again.

The Property was very well maintained and the staff in every area was very pleasant and helpful from check-in to check-out. The proximity to the bay as well as Casinos are excellent.
