Very large, spacious room. Loved the heated bathroom floor. The room and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic.
I also really loved the wine bar and the food/snacks there. Everyone there was so sweet and friendly.

Everyone at the Kragemann made my family feel very special and were very accommodating, especially since we don't speak German. Our room was extremely clean and cozy and the location cannot be beat - right in the middle of town.
The Vinothek is right across from the hotel and we would highly recommend it for a great glass of wine and dinner. It also serves breakfast for hotel guests, which was delicious and met all of our expectations.
If you want something more remote and absolutely stunning, then make sure you check out the hotel's sister - SCHILSBACHTAL - in the Nationalpark Eifel, located on lake Rursee.

Too expensive for room and service

Posted 6 Aug 2018 on HotelsI stayed her on business and the hotel was great for what I needed. It was modern and clean with good easily accessible WiFi. The restaurant looked very nice but it had already closed when I arrived at 10pm.
The only issue I had was that on checkout the hotel staff wanted me to pay. However I had prepaid. With the language barrier this was difficult to explain and could have been an awkward situation if I wasn’t able to produce my credit card statement with proof of payment.
