I was having Xmas events with family living in Silverton, so didn't get a chance to really explore, so no much to say about the grounds, etc.
Room was nice, comfortable, quiet; staff very friendly.
Minor suggestions: one bedside lamp was glitchy (wouldn't stay on); gutters and downspouts over the terrace need cleaning (overflowing several times during stormy/rainy night; probably not good for the building).
And maybe you have little or no control over this: the TV "guide" screen was pretty useless -- nothing but channel # and affiliation -- i.e., same as on the card.
All in all -- I hope to come back during spring or summer.
