Not as I expected!
Posted 13 Jan 2022 on HotelsNo WiFi...not enough big room to accommodate 3 ( including 1 year old baby) haven’t felt enough welcoming ....bed was not clean enough and kitchen had no dishwasher....overly poor facilities to stay with a family. Blanket+ room
should be ready before our check in but it seems owner wanted to prepare the room
Once we arrive.
Mosquitoes all over and room doesn’t have mosquito nets/ whatsoever as a protection.
Even bottle water is not available ( for my baby) but we were willing to pay extra for that.
Overall very disappointing...I had better expectations from
Hotels.com. Please dine mislead people
By advocating this type of heartless business.

Sorry we could not please you, but we please others. Some of us are difficult to please.
The WIFI no fault of ours. All the apartments were full and the guest all getting WIFI. Don't know if it was the WIFI or your phone but because you said you had to use your data you were refunded thirty dollars.
You were place in a room with a king sized bed (2 adults and a baby) it was quite enough but i offer to prepare the sofa for the baby so I kindly brought in a blanket a sheet and a pillow to make the sofa , do not mislead people by saying the room was not prepared, the linens were for the baby. You never requested a cot.
All beds carry CLEAN white sheets. Travellers are always warned to travel with mosquito repellent. This is the tropics and mosquitoes not new to you as you are from the tropics as well.
You were here for one night .... what dishwasher??
What is the reason for the pics of the sink and kitchen. We are by the sea , rust will come regardless , it is taken off from time to time but obviously if forms again. Every time something gets a little rust we cannot throw it away. The kitchen you took is your mess. I was so kind to give you an egg ,onion and oil as you requested to probably make for the baby.There were no bottle water but I told you the tap water is safe.... All those things I did. Isn't that not welcome enough for you?
Have a positive and humble mindset no matter what situation you are in and you will realize how blessed and beautiful your life truly is. Have a nice day.
PS. The room you had gets two repeat guest every year. They love that room and book it for the next year days before their departure.

Dear Indivisual not sure about the review since I had no guest from Expedia in early June and to now appear after seven months.
If we were doing maintenance in June I will apologise but a check with that department confirm that no maintenance was being done during that time.
