We had no hot water in the bathroom sink and our refrigerator wouldn’t get cold and we had people above us jumping around all night and could not get rest

This property was very nice. Clean ,Up to date smelled fresh upon entering . Beds comfortable and plenty of space in the room. Enjoyed stay and would recommend.

The king size mattress had a huge hole in mattress foundation. Staff was aware this existed when I told them to check the mattress. The hotel should not rent these rooms, especially knowing the mattress is not in good order. They could tell me before I even reported the problem

Couch had burns and carpet had stains
