The rooms are fine but the beds are terrible. Price is good compared to other options in Siloam Springs. The hotel is next to a busy road so the car noise is considerable. Windows do not appear to be noise proof. Rooms are clean and looked renovated. Microwave and refrigerator handy. Best thing about this property is the price.

AC didn't work, when maintenance man came to room, he talked to us like we were children. There was not a coffee pot in the room. We were not allowed a "Do Not Disturb" sign, and were told the housekeepers HAVE to check the rooms every morning, but not to worry they will just come in quietly and check then leave. Unacceptable practices to me.

Didn't get what I reserved reimburse please or all the nights I paid for I should get all over again free because was not what I reserved for or paid for an the toilet didn't even work
