Lovely staff, very welcoming. Was fortunate enough to get upgraded from a single to a junior suite (amazing). Food & beer were excellent.
Brilliant location.
Overall I would give this place 10/10

This is very nice for an older property. The breakfast was awesome as was their service while we were there. The room was kind of small but that was to be expected. We would stay there again. Beautiful area to sit and enjoy the river behind the hotel.

We felt like being treated like king and queens. Rooms were great at this historic place in the county side.
Food very yummy especially breakfast.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Thank you for a couple of great days at Svostrup Kro.

We had a wonderful dinner and huge breakfast here and enjoyed staying overnight. It made the perfect stop for us between Copenhagen and Aarhus. We found it very quaint and authentic but also comfortable and clean. A special place to visit.
