I had to pay for my room upgrade when I thought it was free. Valet wasn’t always available. decent hotel to stay at 4/5. Staff didn’t always have the best attitude

I paid for breakfast with my reservation but was charged by a very unnatentive waiter.. very poor breakfast experience for the expensive price!

My husband and I have stayed here several times while visiting his family in Silao. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Property upgraded my room to a room that was not cleaned. When I ask to remove the upgrade they said the suite I originally booked was an extra fee. I then request a room that was double bed and was switch to that one.
