Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel
I booked a night at City Express Suites but was deceptively moved to a much cheaper, substandard room in the City Express hotel without explanation. The room was in unacceptable condition: the toilet didn’t flush, it reeked of cigarettes, and the door had no number. To make matters worse, another guest who arrived after me was given a suite while I was denied the room I paid for. When I requested a refund, the staff refused and made it impossible for me to resolve the issue. This was an appalling and unprofessional experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Melvin was wonderful. The rooms were clean and convenient. The breakfast was excellent.
