My husband and liked the Taal volcano view, so refreshing to walk around the facilities, the buffet breakfast has variety of foods to savour. We loved it. We enjoyed the three musicians singing for us while we ate, it warmth our hearts. We will definitely stay here again for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The view from this hotel is amazing (if there is no fog).

Been here a few times and will continue to return. Rooms are all terrific. Staff is super amazing!
Easy access to a wonderful view. Closest mall is minute away. Sky Ranch is next door so its easy when you have the kids.

The hot water wasn't working that I needed to call multiple times to have it fixed.

The property was probably 5 star 20 years ago, but showing age now. Overly “secure” in my opinion. Guards at gate, at door and inside. Felt more like an institution than a hotel. It’s a very nice hotel but felt a little stuffy for my taste.

The facility was beautiful. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The views were spectacular. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were so many options. There was even a string trio playing during breakfast. The only problem we had was that we couldn’t stay longer. Will definitely be somewhere we come back to over and over

Upon check in I was not told how to access the internet. I later had to call the front desk. I was told how but I was not able to get the internet to work. The refrigerator in the room was not working. The drinks I brought never got cold. The gym was old and small, the aircon was barely functioning. The hotel is old, not worth the money.
