It would have been nice if we were told that our keycard was not going to work after hours at the point of entry by the outdoor firepit. Had to walk completely around the building to use keycard to gain entry again. Carpet was still damp from being cleaned which led to wet socks

We had our carpets professionally cleaned and I am sorry if your carpet was not fully dry by the time you checked in. We have noted the door not working and have a team coming to replace it.

For a nice hotel with an even nicer price...the bed was older and highly uncomfortable. We ended up getting up early and leaving. Disappointed in the quality of their beds for an expensive room.

I didn’t like that they added charges to my card after we had already paid the bill . We paid 1262.00 and the morning we were to leave they charged another 176.00to my card will never stay with them again

Room needs to be more clean

Two wash clothes left hanging in shower curtain guess the staff missed them when cleaning. Bathroom was 3.5 out 5 of cleanliness needs improvement. Over all good stay.
