Very bad experience lost deposit
Posted 13 Nov 2020 on HotelsThis hotel asked us 50$ deposit when we arrived late in the night from 12 to 13 November 2020
In the morning was impossible to take back this deposit because "they are not sure the money came from the website"
They asked us to come back on 15 November to get the money back.
Today they told us they don't work with hotels.com but only with Chinese websites. So they will not refund the deposit fully but only half.
So I payed Hotels.com and and I pay again this hotel so twice the regular price for a very bad experience. ..
No apologies from the staff..
Anyway these people are absolutely not professional.
Stop proposing this hotel in your website!!!
I hope hotels.com refund me my payment.
