"Lovely beach front resort with huge grounds to explore "

"We booked into water chalet but found that they were a long way from main reception and we were facing a building site. The rooms were huge and very nice but we wanted to be closer to the main facility. We were moved on day 2 to a villa which was good, but bathroom was in need of updating. A top notch hotel at top notch prices, lovey clean beach."

"Staff uninterested and unmotivated to help. Lack of English makes it very hard to ask anything. Facilities ordinary with pool area now a concrete jungle with fence around and buildings. Rooms lack toilet paper, towels and smoking allowed in hotel by mainly Chinese guests (Chinese have bought hotel) is disgusting for non smokers. Last time I stay there. "

"This place was out of the world. The staff was amazing. The check-in process was smooth and efficient and easy. They anticipated your every need. The food was great absolute perfect, and to a tour of Cambodia."

"Sadly my stay at the property was cut short by Sihanoukville going into lock down. Extremely professional staff and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a an excellent hotel by the beach once the danger has passed."

"The pool and the grounds of the hotel are nice but that’s about it. The rooms are very outdated and the inside feels more like a cheap motel. The staff are not helpful and very difficult to communicate with. The location is basically in the middle of a construction site. You can definitely find a better place for the money. "

"The hotel is right on the beach with places a 5 minute walk along the beach. Apart from the breakfast included, we thought the dining prices were too high. I had no hot ( or even warm) water for the 4 nights I stayed despite reporting the problem on a daily basis. Cleaning our rooms ( you get a lot of sand from the beach) was not a daily occurrence and had to be requested. Water and tea bags etc were therefore not replenished without prompting."

"Great hotel with an absolutely awesome staff. The hotel management allowes us to even store an extra bag for a few days (free of charge) while we visited Koh Rong. We definitely wish our stay would of been longer."
