"The stay was excellent. Tonya (girl at reception) was extremely helpful & made our stay excellent. The instructions emailed were incorrect. The reception doesn’t open until 1400 hrs, but the instructions stated 1100 hrs. This caused our first day to be quite tiring and unenjoyable. "Modest yet functional apartments with really everything you need for a stay in Stockholm. We appreciated the laundry room downstairs and the different bins downstairs to recycle our rubbish. "I had a really good check-in experience. It was a few minutes walk from the train station, to my surprise public transport is very efficient in Stockholm and you could ride to the city center in less than 10 minutes from the property. The property was clean and robust communication set up! "

"Hotel contacted me around 2:30pm on arrival day to give me chech-in instructions. For me a bit too late. Because you need a special APP to get your virtual key. So you need internet and enough battery in your phone... GPS didn't find correct way as it is in an industrial area... Studio fully furnished but in grey, beige and white colors so quite depressive. No pictures on walls. A/C a bit too noisy and fridge too near from bed. TV was progrmmed in russia :((( "

"I had a loft apartment and it was very roomy for one person. It sleeps three. Communication was good, apartment was clean and I had a good rest."

"Stayed in a cabin for 5 nights with our 2 children. Cabins were great value for money and had everything we needed including not having to bring our own bedding or towels! Kids loved the loft bedroom. Cabin kitchen basic but more than enough to cook a decent meal with 2 ring hob and oven plus a few saucepans. Cabin bathroom was really clean with warm shower.
