"Hotel is ok. Terrible view. Food in the restaurant was worse we had this whole trip. Got GT and aperol spritz. Both flat no bubbles. Hotel has a cigar and rum bar attached to it. Absolute GEM!!! The waiter was very knowledgeable. Did a custom rum tasting for us. Would definitely come back to this bar. "

"When we arrived, woman at the reception said, that they don’t have my booking, although, I booked and paid it 2 weeks before check-in. Anyway, they gave us an another room but without the shower even without mentioning of compensation and excuses. Everything was terrible. Completely terrible. "A short few day stay with family to visit Kosice. Hotel is clean and tidy with all the basic amenities you need. Staff are friendly and helpful at reception, also in the restaurant (for breakfast). There isn't much to do around the area but we had car rental so it was easy to get by. Only downfall is room cleaning - they don't clean anything - only just fold your bed, no change of towels, didn't clean the cups, no top up of tea/coffee either. Overall was a good stay. "
