The lady (owner I believe) that checked us in didn't speak English but was very friendly and a great host. Her son who was there for breakfast was also great. However, we did the wine tasting in the evening with three other couples. We were at a table by ourselves and language was an issue (which is acceptable) but somehow the other three couples received a VERY nice charcuterie board and we didn't. As my back was to the other table I didn't notice until we left. I found that to be very rude.

Thank you for your comment. We are sorry that you felt that way regarding the charcuterie board. The other guests booked in directly with a special package which is only available on our website. It takes some times for us to prepare the charcuterie plate and to order the bread this is why you can only book it online. Nothing was meant to be rude. Really sorry for that.

First of all Hotel is 3 km from City Not 0.3 Miles.
No bicycles Available
Roon is extreme small

Thank you for your feedback. We do not know where did you see that we are 0.3 from the city. Could you please tell me in order to change it. As as BnB focus on Wine Tourism we do not try to be a city hotel. Sorry for the size of the room, this is the tower room which has special design as it was at first used as a water tower. We are sorry that you did not appreciate it. Regarding the bicycles, I can only say that they woud have been given to you if you would have asked...
