Friendly staff. EV station
took a charge- like a champ. Very flexible. Great view of the Vet Park and holiday lights- always. Sierra Vista- is one of the best kept secrets of Arizona. This Inn represents well.

Good parking and convenient location. Room was spacious and decent. The only thing needing service was a slow draining sink. The hotel could be more Eco Friendly by eliminating single use plastics. Dispensers could replace shampoo/lotion bottles. The breakfast was served with styrofoam and plastic utensils. Plastic bags were used to store breads, fruits & muffins and were unnecessary and wasteful.

The people working therevwere really nice, but they put us on the second floor with some what appeared questionable (possibly jomeless) had shopping cart outside, and were up most of the nite smoking outside our room and talking

I have loved the whole experience!!!! The check in was great, gentleman at the desk was very nice. The room is better than I could have hoped for!!! We love it 😊
