"It's a bit of a hike up to Sienna but the walk is worth it, you avoid a lot of the tourist crowds coming from this direction. There are some steep hills to the top of the town, so be warned but I would stay here again. Relatively simple check in and out, no complaints. "

"This was a place to stay. Period. Nothing more. Wi-Fi did not work. The overhead shower is broken and did not work. Pieces of the bathroom door fell off. There was no hot/warm water for 36 hours. No shelf/hook/anything to place your toiletries on. Perhaps I should have communicated with management? Oh, that’s right! I tried 3x. No response in 4 days time. "

"Chambre en plein cœur du centre historique donc très bien situé pour visiter Sienne. Il nous a été indiqué une rue à 10mn à pied pour se stationner gratuitement. La chambre se situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur. Pour nous pas de problème mais c'est bon à savoir. La chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur au plafond ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce donc très bonne nouvelle à notre arrivée avec plus de 35 degrés dehors. Par contre assez bruyant, un bar juste en bas mais on ne peut pas...

"Perfect location for a stay in Siena. It is literally next to the Duomo. The B&B suggested we use a valet parking lot outside of the city, which worked out perfectly. We were dropped off right next to the property, picked up on time at the end of the trip, and did not have to lug our bags through town. In addition to the location, the property itself was lovely. "Super easy and quick check in at the store next to the apartment. It’s a walk up so was a bit of a challenge to get all our luggage upstairs but the guy who checked us in (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) but he was so lovely and helpful, offering to take some bags himself. "Absolutely loved our stay at Ca Bianca Tuscany Relais. The property is in excellent condition and our room was very spacious and comfortable. Pool is lovely and clean and not too cold at this time of year. Easy access into Siena and surrounding countryside to experience all Tuscany has to offer. Breakfast was exceptional and Maria is so lovely. We also ate in the evening and meals were delicious and nicely presented. Waiting and reception staff also excellent and guest focussed."

"This property was conveniently located to all of the sites in Siena and Sara made the whole check in check out process easy. The room was excellent with nice touches like smart tv and charging tables by the bedside. The breakfast in the morning included homemade items that were fantastic. Enjoyed the view from out balcony! Would definitely stay here again if in Siena."

"This property is gorgeous and the stay here was amazing! Our room had the private terrace and we had breakfast out there the next morning! I can’t tell you how picturesque, stunning and just plain peaceful our breakfast was out in the terrace! "This Bella hotel exceeded our expectations. The room is beautiful. We overlooked a garden with a flowering dogwood tree and a view of the city. The people at the front desk were so friendly. The breakfast was amazing. We would’ve paid twice as much for this room. We were so fortunate to have such a beautiful room and such a nice place to visit sienna it’s just steps from the Duomo and all of the other areas. Don’t miss it. "

"This is a beautiful property and it is fully stocked with everything you will need. We cannot praise Claudio and his staff enough. We truly enjoyed our stay and the beautiful Siena surroundings. The property is extremely close to the city center but far enough to enjoy a tranquil setting. Claudio has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We had two different kinds of hand soap which I really appreciated. Water was provided daily at the bar, and breakfast was delightful. Wine, espresso, drinks are all available for purchase. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating reasonable request. If we are ever back I Siena, I know exactly where I’m staying. Thanks again Claudio! "
