The hotel was beautiful and the staff were excellent, very accommodating. The restaurant was wonderful, our dinners both nights were superb, and the breakfast bar had everything you could wish for. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very cozy hotel with parking included which is a real plus if you're travelling around Tuscany by car. Breakfast buffet (also included) was great. Although somewhat in the outskirts of the city, it's just a walk away from the historic center, and it's quite a pleasant walk thru beautiful, cobble stone streets and pathways. Highly recommend it.

This hotel was "fine." Reminded me of a Hilton. Taxi drivers said it was very typical for Americans to stay here. Nothing special. Reminded me of a chain hotel trying to be "boutique." Avoid the restaurant.....terrible. if we return to Siena, we will probably stay somewhere that really is a boutique property.

We had a great stay! Short walk to the center. Great breakfast and wonderful staff. The view is beautiful!

Excellent very well maintained hotel in perfect location in a charming must see town. Could not be better. Front desk was very supportive, i think the name if gentleman is Daniele.

It’s a bit far from the heart of Siena city center but walkable.
