The tools are in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Clean and functional. And Gioia is a joy to work with: kind, knowledgeable, understanding, always smiling.

I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Joy and her parents are absolutely amazing and helpful hosts. If you’re looking for authentic Italian charm, in a great location in historic interior of Siena, look no further. The terrace was my favourite area to relax with my book and a vino after touring all day in town.

My room is in great condition as well as the bathroom. There is a shared kitchenette with refrigerator. Joy, the manager of the property ,was extremely helpful and available during business hours to provide advice and help with transport although it is a fairly short walk to the bus terminal. Would stay at this place again in the event that I get back to Siena and I do recommend it.
