Cannot rave enough about our stay here. Everything from check in instructions to the location was absolutely perfect. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Siena!

No person on site to talk to, No bottles of water, no extra soap for washing, sink clogged, shower didn't drain, very hot only a fan in a small room.

I’m sorry to read your review.All mornings you didn’t leave your room until 11:30 and it was impossible to clean the room. all guest found 2 bottle of water (free) in the room. You have request other water and we had give you other 4 bottles Free. We are B&B and not Hotel, so the service is different. We don’t have air conditioning, but fan is good for small room. All mornings there is a person for help and clean the room. You answer bad when we knock you to know if everything was good.

The property is literally 50 feet from the Duomo and within a walk of a few minutes to the Piazza del Campo. Everything was a described in the online description. Would recommend this to anyone.

The location was absolutely fabulous! The room was quite comfy and very clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.
