Great location for pub st and night markets!!
Posted 27 May 2024 on HotelsFrom check in to check out the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The cold towels upon return to the hotel each day was a nice touch. The pool area was perfect for relaxing. The area was great for walking to pub street and easily exploring the night markets.

Wonderful Hotel Empowering Younger People
Posted 26 Aug 2023 on HotelsI loved The Urban. It was clean, comfortable and super quiet. The service was wonderful with the staff approaching a few times to make sure everything was well. They explained that they are a community that trains younger people to have good work skills in order to empower them. This impressed me the most. I could tell they actually cared about their guests and their staff. They also offer an opportunity to plant a tree and the hotel follows environmentally friendly policies. I would definately recommend The Urban.

Posted 2 Jul 2023 on HotelsLoved this place! The check in process was so unique and welcoming. Staff is great. The front of the resort is an outdoor dining area which is super cute. Breakfast was good. The location is super convenient. It’s walking distance to the night markets and pub street and some great street food. We also took a tuk tuk to Angkor Wat and the ride wasn’t long. The only weird thing, we had 2 twin beds and one bed was nice and soft and the other was hard as a rock. I slept on the soft bed so I was fine lol.
