We were visiting Cambodia for our honeymoon and could not have been more happy with our stay at this location. We were treated wonderfully and were addressed by name by everyone on the staff, even ones we hadn’t met yet (they did their homework). The property is beautiful and clean and in a great location. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

This is a beautiful property with the kindest, and most hospitable staff who had only to be asked to make any wish come true -- whether it be for transportation, massages, meals or anything else. We had a lovely Cambodian dinner cooked at our table the first night, and then they organized an excellent English speaking guide to take us to Angkor Wat and the AW regional temples. The check in was amazing as we were seated and the check in came to us. Same with the check out. Cold towels greeted us whenever we returned to the hotel. I strongly recommend this property.

Best Hotel in Siem Reap!
Posted 18 Jul 2024 on HotelsI’ve stayed at some of the nicest places around the world, and the service at Khmer Mansion Residence was by FAR the best service I’ve ever had at any hotel. They were so friendly, remembered our names personally and room numbers the whole stay, and thought of every detail! My family and large group traveling with us were truly blown away. There’s not one negative thing I could say, and I will 100% stay here every single time I’m in Siem Reap!

The staff at this hotel were very attentive and went out of their way to make us comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. They arranged for the Angkor visit as well which was great. English speaking guide with driver.

Excellent staff! I would come back just for the hospitality alone. They are so wonderful and kind. I enjoyed the hotel and everything they have to offer, which is a lot!

The folks at Khmer Mansion literally treated us like royalty from the minute we stepped onto their property. I've never experienced anything like it, in all my travels. I cannot rave enough about this hotel and its staff. And I'm not one to "rave" at all, really.

This property is one of the loveliest hotels imaginable. Although the hotel is small, the staff is amazing, the ambiance is charming, and the presentation is a model for what any six-star hotel should provide. There is a gym, spa, pool, swim-up bar, and serene decor. However, the service is better than we get at the top hotels. From the moment you drive up, be prepared to be surprised. The staff anticipates every need and is beyond incredible in every sense of the word. See the sites, take a vehicle to the Night Market/Pub Street. We definitely plan to return.
