The Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel was an oasis in a very busy part of Siem Riep. The staff were friendly, always willing to answer questions and provided great service. The rooms and the common areas were beautiful. The breakfasts were great. I would stay there again!

5 Star Hotel in Siem Reap, Highly recommend
The staff at Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel were all truly amazing. They were extremely attentive and knew us all by name. They made our stay very memorable and we would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful trip to Siem Reap. The hotel is in a really great part of town, close to walk to pub street and many restaurants nearby. The meals we had at the hotel were very fresh and delicious as well.

Amazong service! Staff was very attentive, remembering my name and always offering cool towels when coming back to the hotel plus snacks and water! Conveniently located to pub street as well if thats your thing. 10/10 would book again. Only about 20 minute drive to temple ruins.

The staff of this hotel, our new friends, are the most wonderful people. So genuine, helpful and considerate. They made our stay, not just at Khmer Mansion Boutique hotel,, but our whole stay in Siem Reap and Cambodia a truly unforgettable experience. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and were sincerely surprised that they gave us a birthday cake each, we are twins. This was just a small expression of how special the service is here and how special the people that work here, our friends, are. The hotel itself has a wonderful location, clean, large rooms, delicious food. We didn't use the pool, but this looked cleane, large with lots of loungers and free towels. Don't think about searching where to stay, this is where you need to stay to have a wonderful experience in Siem Reap. Thanks to all our new friends, especially Pheara and her team, Pov, Don, Chitra. Thank you, thank you. You are an incredible team and made our stay 3 night stay such a memorable experience. We will miss you all. K,M and A.

This hotel was excellent value. This was the most attentive staff we have ever experienced. Friendly and always ready with water and cooling towel when we returned from being out. We had some special requests that they readily acomodated as well as arranging all transportation. We loved our stay here!

Amazing service at the kmher mansion boutique hotel. Welcome drink on arrival with snacks and the are just so welcoming and so nice. The food was delicious and the pool was very nice. Great location to pub street and the market. I’ll definitely be coming back here. Rooms were also very nice and comfortable

All of the staff were very friendly, highly attentive and accommodating. The FO Supervisor, Hov Pheara, did a fantastic job with coordinating our transportation and making us comfortable. The night auditor, La Leap helped make us feel welcome and attended to our needs. I highly recommend the Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel to everyone.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was fabulous. The staff is amazingly attentive. Every time you walk in someone runs up with an ice cold wash cloth and glass of cold water. The whole staff knew our names, asked how we were, etc. Turndown service with brownie bites too. We were there Mon. - Thursday (left Friday). No Pub Street noise Mon - Wed pm but very loud until around 10 on Thurs with one club's music blaring. I can imagine weekends here or anywhere within a mile of Pub Street would be loud (the hotel offers earplugs). It's a shame Siem Reap allows the noise, especially if it affects a great hotel like this.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! Ideal location, with a short walk to Pub Street, Old Market, Night Market, the river, and numerous eateries. The staff is incredible, offering service beyond perfection. Most impressively, they remember guests by face and name, always greeting us with warm smiles, cold towels, and refreshing cold water – a comforting touch on hot days. One highlight was booking a tuk-tuk through the hotel for town and ruins exploration; the service from the driver was impeccable. Additionally, my friend and I enjoyed a delightful cookie class organized by the hotel, adding a unique and super fun element to our stay. The breakfast and overall food at the hotel were outstanding, providing a delightful culinary experience. The only drawback was the potential noise from Pub Street, especially late at night. However, having read reviews beforehand, I requested a room away from the noise and was assigned room 301– minimal to no disturbance. Hotel offers earplugs for added comfort. Overall, a memorable experience with excellent service and thoughtful accommodations.

Superlative service, beautiful property and close by many restaurants as well. Have never encountered this level of service anywhere and I highly reccomend it to anyone who wants to be close to pub street as well as Angkor complex. The staff can arrange private tours and if you can request Mr Chai, he is awesome!

What an amazing stay!
If I could give them a 20 out of 10 I would do so, The service was unbelievably hospitable. Every time we entered the hotel we were greeted with smiles, water, and cold cloths to freshen up. The staff are smiling and assisting whenever possible in a way that made us feel incredibly spoiled. The hotel itself is lovely with a beautiful infinity pool and gardens, and our room was so pleasant, looking out on the pool and garden. For breakfast we ordered the night before, and the selection of custom prepared breakfasts was a highlight. My husband ordered eggs Benedict while I ordered the American breakfast. It was served at our desired time, and of course, with a smile The first night we were there we ordered room service, and our Pad Thai was delicious. There is a large number of restaurants right near the hotel and shopping is close by. Some folks complained about the noise, and I will say that the music from Pub Street seemed loud when our door was open, but it was muffled once the door was closed and never bothered us. We slept wonderfully there! I just can't say enough good about this hotel. When we departed they gave us scarves, as a parting gift. We hated to leave!

What a great hotel. Boutique, small and not crowded. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL, they go out of their way to please the guests and make sure everything is perfect. The pool and surrounding area is amazing with beautiful traditional decor in nature. Walking distance to pub street and all the markets. Pharmacies, 7eleven and great restaurants 1 to 2 min walk. Room is lovely, bed is large and comfortable and there is a balcony overlooking the pool. TV is on the small side and reception for channels and sound not the best but we arent on a holiday to watch TV!!. Be aware that this hotel is very close to the main noisy area of Green market and pub street so there is quite loud music til well after midnight which can be heard from the rooms. This didnt bother us as we are night owls and they do offer ear plugs. 😊 some things like the shower head, toilet seat and tap in the bathroom could do with an upgrade but nothing too bad to ruin our stay. Good price for the service and cleaniness and location that you get. Big thank you to all the Khmer Mansion staff for the great food, excellent massage and fantastic cocktails!! centrally located within 2 minutes walking distance to the popular pub street this small resort is operated by 26 very loving and caring staff, i have been overwhelmed by the high level of attention to detail. i was greeted by two front house staff as i got off my tuktuk with smiles, cold water and face towels! i almost cried with joy! resonably price and great atmosphere, i will be back for sure. highly recommended 👌 👍

This is a wonderful hotel with 5 star service. They have a wonderful team that does everything you can think of to ensure there clients enjoy there stay. A great relaxing pool area, wonderful fruit smoothies and a great balcony overlooking it all! If you want a great hotel in Siam Reap, then you can't go wrong here!
