Amazing place. Lovely staff, beautiful breakfast. Really great value for money as well as an oasis close to everything. Bunpheng was great a helping us as well as all the other lovely staff on reception including the amazing breakfast staff. We have been to Siem Reap 8 times and This is by far the best place we have stayed. Thanks guys for a lovely time. We will be back 😀

We arrived late. No one to help with luggage. Restaurant was closed. There were bugs on the bed. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever

This is definitely not a 5*s hotel by Western standards. There are tons of observations - things that bothered me, but the worst was the service. Manager asked what was wrong (no toiletries in the room, only 2 bath towels - none for the jacuzzi I had) ... but did nothing to correct the situation. Pretended to talk to someone on her walkie talkie but in the end we were left with 30mg of body gel for 2 people for 2 days!!! Hilarious, right? Everything seemed to be negotiations with the folks at this hotel, you tip, you receive. No tip? No service.

Great location, Starbucks across the street, very large bedroom and bathroom. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Staff exceptionally friendly. Breakfast had lots of food options including someone making omelets.

Good location, great service. I liked the gym but the swimming pool was small and sometimes not very clean
