"I was an El Alamain for the Egypt Airshow and chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport compared with the other hotel options that were recommended for the event. The location is fantastic. My room was clean and the amenities provided were superb. The hotel itself is located in the Hacienda neighborhood - and for those who are coming by taxi (or Uber, which I recommend) , you will need to instruct the driver to enter the Hacienda area through gate number two. Rooms are cabana style with a private patio facing a nice man made lagoon. Mine was a scant 150 m from some of the cleanest clearest ocean I have ever experienced. The hotel has dining options. The food I ate was perfectly good. There is a bar and a Cantina located on the beach as well as in the main area of the horseshoe of the hotel. Overall - a fantastic stay if a little inconvenient to get to because the hotel is at the back of the Hacienda neighborhood. I nevertheless would strongly recommend this as a couples hotel or even for a business stay. Great staff. "

"Balcony door would not lock due to lock falling out! Expensive food and manual addition for billing. Poor pool hours. No lifts. Security staff asleep. One roll of toilet paper and no reserves. This is a cheap 1980s Spanish hotel at best. I will never return. "

"The hotel manager (Mr. Ahmed Farag ) and concierge ( Mr. Adham ) at this hotel were exceptional. The hotel manager was always attentive and made sure that all of our needs were met. They were organized and efficient in handling any issues or requests that we had during our stay. The concierge was extremely knowledgeable about the area and provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and activities. They were also very helpful in arranging transportation and making reservations for us. Overall, the hotel manager and concierge went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service were truly commendable. We highly recommend this hotel based on our positive experience with the hotel manager and concierge."

"We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities listed on the website were missing, like shampoo etc. However, Dr Hassan was very helpful, he arranged a local driver, Alaa to transport us to and from the pool, get groceries, explore local area and to other parts of the marina. We did a day trip to Alexandria, which was amazing and also spent 2 days by the pool and marina (jet ski and speed boating). Language was a bit of an issue so we had to use a translator app. Dr Hassan regularly checked in with us. In the end, we actually had a great time and would highly recommend, but probably in peak season. "

"Everything is OUTSTANDING! from reception to house keeping to restaurant to pools etc! Staff are extremely helpful and wanting to do everything to make you happy and comfortable. Hotel is not on the beach front, however they provide a golf cart (ready on request) that is ready to pick and drop you whenever you want... works nicely! Furniture and food quality are outstanding too. In summary, I haven't stayed in any hotel in Egypt that wow'ed me more than The Address Marassi"
