Nice hotel

Nice hotel but thought the staff were very hard to talk to. Didn’t understand much English. Food was nice and room were good. Beach and pool area was great!

Nice hotel but far from city

Great hotel and clean beach with nice and wide variety of food and drinks but location is far from city and no cheap transportation available nearby. Staff only speaks Turkish and German, luckily I can speak a little German but my friends can speak only English

very far from the airport

Pros: pools
Location: nothing nearby and nothing to do outside the hotel
it needs 200 TL about $65 from the airport to the hotel

We would like to inform you and other guests about our location here because it is incomprehensible to us why you wrote 'nothing nearby and nothing to do outside the hotel'. Our hotel is located in the center of Kumköy. If you come out of the hotel you are already in the shopping center, left and right. Excursion and bus connection right outside the door. From the hairdresser to the tailor, clothes - souvenir and shoe stores, pharmacies, park, restaurants and bistro cafes ... everything is round around the Hotel. You just need to step out from the Hotel and you can start allready for shopping :) Side and Manavgat are 10-15 minutes away by bus. To Evrenseki you can even walk. For Antalya airport 1 hour, is in comparison to some areas actually okay and if you take a private transfer it takes less than one hour. There are also very cheap private transfers, which are much cheaper than 200 TL ( 65 USD), they picks you up or takes to the airport. Gladly you can inform yourself next time by us or by your travel company about more possibilities. As Sunis KBR- Team would be an honor for us if we were allowed to greet you again and to be able to convince you 100%. Best regards,

Nice staff.

There was no bath tub in room. Bathroom looks kinda poor for a five star hotel. There are alots of missing stuff in gym. Such as barbell broken equipments. Hotel is big. Fooda are great. Reastaurant captain hüsnü was very friendly and helpful. I will definetly go back

Very nice hotel. Close to beach.

We had enjoyed our stay at Kumköy Beach RESORT hotel. Family friendly hotel With friendly staff. My daughter loved kids club activities. Great location. Higly recommend the hotel.
