Hotel super, obsługa, wyżywienie, czystość na 5 ., animacje codzienne, występy, muzyka na żywo. Hotel tętni życiem. Pobyt w komfortowych warunkach. Na pewno wrócę.

This large property was at full capacity during my stay - so it was crowded and noisy. However, the all inclusive nature of the tarrif was great - with all food and drinks included in the room rate - and there were plenty of options available. The onsite entertainment provided every night, while not really my cup of tea, seemed to be enjoyed by others - and was extremely noisy - so there was no avoiding it even when in your room. Still, my room was spacious, comfortable and clean - so all in all, a good stay.

Breakfast and Meals Buffet were excellent .. plenty of choices ... evening entertainment was good.
For the evening entertainment one had to stuggle to get hold of seats. Management should provide adequate seating arrangement.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE OF COLOUR THE MANAGER IS RACIST AND EVERYONE STARES AT YOU LIKE YOU ARE AN ANIMAL ! I WAS DISGUSTED WITH THE WAY WE WAS TREATED THE MANAGER TOLD THE TAXI DRIVER TO TAKE THE MONEY FIRST WHICH NEVER HAPPENS ON OUR LEAVE ! WILL NEVER RETURN

We will not accept this false statement, slander and hostility.
Every year as a hotel we welcome companies from over 30 different countries to over 40,000 guests of different nationalities. The hotel management and the team welcome all guests equally. No guest, no matter what nationality and skin color, is racially hostile. We have a lot of guests with a darker complexion. But none of our guests has been hated by our management or staff so far.
We would like to know more about this accusation. Because we cannot remember a situation in which we should have reacted to xenophobia.
